District DK1 Deck - White

District has revolutionized the scooter industry with the release of the lightest pro deck available on the market, and Skater HQ has everything you need to lighten up your set up. This Deck only weighs 1.22 Kilos alone and can be built as a complete to only 2.9 kilos. That's literally half the weight of some of the scooters on the market. This is the new, improved version of the first release!

 

Technical specifications:

ALL new extrusion profiles (some parts made thicker although not really needed)
All new aluminium quality (6061 T5 CERTIFIED !!!)
Deck is 1 inch shorter (same as first prototypes)
New welding techniques (previous welder fired!!), by TIG welding
New welding wire (higher quality)
New way of heatthreadment, T4 and T6
New painting and new 7 different colors, (also inside downtube and back of the deck painted. No paint in headtube)
Extra welding inside the downtube on deck.
New printing technique, printing exactly on the right spots and position.
New backaxles. New STRONGER design as also 8.8 hardness steel
New deck/axle spacers (outside spacers). Are now square plastic ones (no noise, easier to apply)
