Shipping

All items sent from Scooterbiz are sent via Australia post or Fastway depending on your location All Orders when shipped will be supplied with a tracking number so Scooterbiz and you the customer can track its process.

Estimated Shipping Time

East Coast Australia (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne): 1 - 2 days
Western and North Queensland: 2 - 3 days
South Australia: 3- 4 days
Western Australia: 4 - 5 days
Northern Territory: 4 - 5 days


Regional Australia Shipping


Allthough we try to provide some of the cheapest shipping rates on our site there are some parts of Australia that will incur a much higher shipping charge compared to larger cities and towns.
If you live in one of these areas and and have made an order on our site we will be in contact with you to let you know if the exact shipping cost.
These parts are mainly in Regional areas of Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia.

 

International Shipping

Scooterbiz can ship International but at the moment this is not an option in our online store. If you are after products to be shipped international pleas email us at info@scooterbiz.com.au and we can give you a quote on shipping costs

Returns & Replacements

Scooterbiz always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please call our main store in Brisbane (07) 32200157 and abide by the following guidelines.

Items returned after 45 days will only be accepted as a return after approval from Scooterbiz

Scooter wheels are almost never covered under warranty due to the extreme amount of stress placed on them. If you believe that the wheel does have a manufactures fault please call Scooterbiz on (07) 32200157

If you received an incorrect product please call or email Scooterbiz first and we will organise for the incorrect item to be sent back and to send you the correct product

If we do not have the product you where after we can issue you with a gift voucher to use at a later date.

Return merchandise must be in store bought condition.

Scooterbiz will offer to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you may be able to replace or refund the item. Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.

Scooterbiz will not refund or exchange a product if you found the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.
